This 12-week technical course aims to develop essential skills that will allow dancers to pick up most patterns. You will learn elements of connection, quality of movement, weight transfers and elasticity.

Dancers who feel insecure when social dancing or unsure when presented with a new pattern are also welcome to join and brush up on their essential techniques.
